The internal contest promoted by Medisolve in collaboration with Médecins Sans Frontières has come to an end. In October, the selected stories will take the winners to the Médecins Sans Frontières Logistics and Training Centre in Bordeaux.
Giving people a voice and showing, through real stories, the value that everyday work can generate for those working in healthcare.
This is the idea behind “Medisolve & MSF Storytelling 2026”, the internal contest promoted by Medisolve in collaboration with Médecins Sans Frontières, which invited people across the Group to share their experience through a short video or a written story.
The initiative started from a simple but essential question:
“Through your everyday work at Medisolve, how do you contribute to caring for those who care and to generating a positive impact on patients and communities?”
The stories collected reflected different experiences, professional backgrounds and perspectives, all united by the desire to show the tangible meaning of their work and the contribution that each activity can make to the healthcare system.
At the end of the evaluation process, three stories were selected: two from Italy and one from Spain.
On 14 and 15 October, the winners will have the opportunity to spend two days at the Médecins Sans Frontières Logistics and Training Centre in Bordeaux, gaining first-hand insight into the organisational, logistical and training activities that make medical-humanitarian interventions possible in crisis and emergency settings.
The visit will provide an opportunity to understand the work that takes place before each project begins and to see how expertise, organisation, technologies and resources are coordinated to ensure timely and effective interventions within local communities.
An experience that turns shared stories into a tangible opportunity for exchange, learning and greater awareness, while reinforcing a principle that is deeply rooted in the way Medisolve sees its role in healthcare: caring for those who care.
Our thanks go to everyone who chose to take part in the contest and share their experience
