(<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__http:\/www.logic-medical.com__;!!GgY6cLU_GgY!V3m-JZ5Mt9vZfW3Y2W0V5CS-Jvg7g83zBSN27GzNq1atH9nZnPXH49ptYLAJvafkN_IQYo0HCAyerweml0g2AZ13m8bD%24\">www.logic-medical.com<\/a>), a Trieste-based company active in the repair of ultrasound probes and other <em>shippable<\/em> devices, as well as a reseller of accessories and spare parts for biomedical equipment. The acquisition of Logic S.r.l. is part of <strong>Polygon Group\u2019s development strategy<\/strong> (controlled by HIG Capital), a European frontrunner in integrated management and maintenance of biomedical equipment, with over \u20ac160 million in revenue and 800 employees, aiming to become an increasingly strategic partner for clinical engineering and the medical device industry through the expansion of its range of products and services. <\/p>\n\n<p>With Logic\u2019s contribution, Sincronis sig<strong>nificantly broadens its service offering<\/strong>, gaining technical expertise in ultrasound probe repairs and specialized logistics for spare parts and accessories for biomedical equipment, <strong>thereby enhancing the overall quality of its portfolio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Angelo Maresca, CEO of Polygon Group<\/strong>, comments: <em>\u201cI am very pleased to welcome Logic to our group.
