Medisolve, a leading European clinical engineering services provider with revenues exceeding €180 million, is continuing its growth journey with the acquisition of Origlia Srl, an Italian company with more than 20 years of experience providing technical support services to manufacturers of IVD and Life Sciences equipment.
With more than 1,000 employees, eleven offices across Europe and an operational network spanning Italy and Spain, the Group is now an integrated healthcare maintenance services platform, serving 300 hospitals and carrying out more than one million technical interventions every year.
The transaction forms part of the Group’s development strategy and further strengthens its ASP (Authorised Service Provider) business line, enhancing its distinctive expertise and operational capabilities in the market.
