A comprehensive training program designed to support technicians in their professional growth and the development of specific skills across the various Business Units. The aim is to consolidate technical knowledge, promote the exchange of best practices, and strengthen the connection with the world of education and innovation.
The program includes technical training courses, divided into basic and advanced levels, alternating theory and practice, and led by qualified instructors. In addition, knowledge-sharing initiatives are offered to leverage internal know-how, encourage dialogue between different operational units, and foster continuous improvement.
An integral part of the program is the skills mapping process, which allows for the identification, monitoring, and development of each participant’s technical capabilities, with a structured database for each equipment category. Furthermore, the Academy promotes collaborations with ITS institutions and universities, creating opportunities for continuous updates and operational exchange.
With over 425 hours of training, 507 participants involved, and 20 specialized courses in the 2026 Catalog, the initiative aims to create a shared learning environment where experience and knowledge become concrete tools to ensure quality and innovation in biomedical services.
